Provider Partnerships Consultant (Contract)

Our Provider Partnerships Consultant will join our Growth team to visit with physicians, nurses, and practice managers at potential clinical partner locations. Our ideal Provider Partnerships Manager is an extrovert with a passion (or curiosity) for sales, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting of potential clinical partner locations focused on one of the specified geographies
• Complete in-person visits to potential sites to communicate the value of Delfina Care to generate excitement among clinical support staff
• Complete virtual or in-person follow-ups with potential clinical partner locations and answer questions about the Delfina Care platform
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing and new clinic partner locations, sourcing feedback for continuous improvement
• Oversee the launch of partner sites, including onboarding, education, and training at the practice site
• Assist the Delfina Growth team with contracting for new partner sites
