Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President – Health System Partnerships to lead and expand strategic partnerships with health systems. This is a high-impact executive role with the opportunity to drive growth, build key relationships, and shape the future of virtual care for women in midlife. If you’re a health system business development expert with a passion for digital health and complex deal structuring, this is your chance to make a real difference.

This role is critical in scaling Midi’s health system partnerships and driving long-term revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for:

Developing & executing a scalable health system growth strategy
Structuring & closing complex deals with health systems, IDNs, and provider groups
Engaging C-suite decision-makers to drive strategic relationships
Ensuring seamless partnership implementation & execution
Expanding market presence & thought leadership at industry events
Engage as a leader and mentor on the broader Health System team.

What You Need to Succeed: 🌱

15+ years of experience in healthcare growth, business development, or partnerships
Proven track record of structuring & closing high-value deals in the health system space
Deep understanding of digital health, virtual care models, and health system integration
Executive presence with C-suite relationship-building & negotiation skills
Excellent strategic thinking, presentation, and communication skills
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced healthcare environment
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or relevant advanced degree preferred
