Company HomepageWe are looking for a Perinatal Nurse Practitioner to join our new collaborative perinatal practice. This job is fully remote and requires an active NY license or a willingness and ability to obtain one. We’re searching for an individual who has obstetrics and gynecology experience, is data-driven, thoughtful and passionate about delivering patient-centric care, and excited to join a dynamic and innovative team. This teammate will be integral in connecting with our patients through our portal and over the phone to provide medical guidance and answer questions.
By fielding clinical questions from patients, sharing laboratory and imaging results, provider referrals and prescriptions, and ensuring continuity of care in between scheduled visits in partnership with our clinical leadership team, this teammate will play a role that is integral to our collaborative care approach.
This is a full-time contract role with the possibility to convert to a full-time position. The base annual salary range is $95,000-$115,000.
